As the solstice light lingers and the season opens, Resonance at the Red Barn: A Summer Solstice Sound Journey invites you into a space of stillness, presence, and rest. A gentle opportunity to land in the body, soften tension, and reconnect with a steady, grounded rhythm.
Guided by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, this immersive sound experience creates a layered soundscape that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. The vibrations move softly through the body, encouraging the mind to quiet and the body to unwind.
Held in the warmth and beauty of the Red Barn, this session offers a meaningful pause. Through sound and stillness, you’re invited to slow down and settle into the season ✨
What to Bring: Comfortable, warm clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
***Please note the Barn can get quite cold with the cement floor, So please make sure you dress warmly, and bring blankets or anything else needed to make yourself as comfortable as possible!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is plenty of free parking at the Red Barn
If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a subsidized ticket. These community-focused sound baths are meant to be accessible to anyone in need of a little self-care.
About your Host Becca:
Becca Binsted is a sound + energy practitioner living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples. A lifelong musician and Certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner (Langara College), she combines sound, with energy work to support whole-being wellness- body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from her own healing journey, Becca creates intentional spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and restore balance. She is passionate about the power of sound to align, awaken, and heal.
