About this Event
As the season begins to shift and new life quietly emerges, Resonance at the Red Barn: A Sound Bath for Grounding + Renewal offers a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect, and restore. This experience invites you to root into the body, release built up tension, and gently invite a sense of steadiness and calm.
This immersive sound bath features the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, creating a layered soundscape that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. As the vibrations move gently through the space and body, they encourage grounding, soften the mind, and allow space for renewal to naturally unfold.
Held in the beautiful setting of the Red Barn, this session offers a pause from the pace of daily life. Through intentional listening and moments of stillness, the body can begin to unwind while the mind gently quiets.
You will leave feeling rooted, replenished, and gently renewed, carrying a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and grounded energy with you beyond the session. This is a time to slow down, to receive, and to reconnect with the restorative power of rest. ✨
