Resonance and Ritual is a curated evening that brings together two grounding practices — sound healing and tea ceremony — to support deep rest and gentle reconnection after the workday.

During this experience you will:

• Begin with a candle lighting intention ritual, light the flame of your inner most desire
• Lie back and receive a guided sound journey with sound bowls and other soothing instruments, inviting your body to release tension and your mind to shift out of work mode
• Take part in a mindful tea ceremony, experiencing tea as a ritual of presence, reflection, and shared stillness
• Leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more anchored in yourself

This event is designed for:

• Expats navigating transition, stress, or a sense of disconnection
• Anyone seeking a quiet, structured way to slow down that doesn’t require prior meditation experience
