You’ll be enveloped in sound through their use of tools such as didgeridoo, handpans, gongs, percussion and crystal singing bowls and more. Since the beginning of humanity, sound has been used as a way we connect to each other and heal. Lauren and Nolen have been offering sound baths together since 2021 and have developed a wonderful intuitive energy that connects them to the sound.
