Experience the sounds and vibration of full moon therapeutic sound bowls in downtown Lake Mills.

I am a certified Therapeutic Sound Healer located in downtown Lake Mills and would love for you to join me to experience the sound and vibrations that will help balance your nervous system and bring relaxation to your mind.

AGENDA:
This session will start off with 10min of journaling - setting our intentions for ourselves in 2026. I will do a sage burn to cleanse the room, starting our sound bath off right!
From here I will guide us with relaxing breathwork and guided meditation. All 17 of my Himalayan bowls will be played focusing on grounding sounds and patterns. You will hear them sing and feel the vibration through the wood floorboards.
We will end with 10-15min of conversation or listening, whatever you are comfortable sharing about your journaling or the sound bath.
Mats, blankets, eye mask and pillows provided - Bring your journal and pen!
