Join multidisciplinary Healer and Herbalist Allie Brown for a hybrid incense resin crafting workshop and candlelit sound bath journey. We will begin the workshop by learning about the sacred art of smoke, aromatherapy, and spiritual cleansing.
Resin is the most ancient and pure form of incense. Craft your own incense blend from resins and herbs like Frankincense, Myrrh, cedar, lavender, and more. These are perfect gifts to self or loved ones for the holiday season!
Friday is associated with the planet Venus, which is connected with creativity, harmony and self-love. Explore the power of herbal smoke for releasing what no longer serves you, set new intentions, create space for a new cycle. The evening concludes with a candlelit cosmic sound bath and meditation to bring you into deep relaxation and nourishment.
