Join The Bloomin' Cottage and make a resin beach board. This class is a lot of fun! You pick the board, (Mermaid, Sea Turtle, horse,state of NJ bamboo board) or Seahorse) sand, the shells, starfish, and flip-flops upon request. We apply everything with 3 different resin colors and guide you the entire way.
There are a dainty mermaid (varies between 2 styles) appox 12x 7in , Swimming Sea Turtle approx 15x13, and the adorable Seahorse approx 16x7 horse. They can be displayed on a wall, on an easel or used as a charcuterie or serving board. The Turtle would be perfect as a serving board! Stay tuned for more pictures! So exciting!
Your resin seahorse, horse, turtle or mermaid is recommended to stay until the next day, but you may bring it home with you. It must lie flat in a box or something, and stay in a temperature of 75 degrees until the next day so it can cure.
You may bring n95 mask for the resin (it is a low odor chemical) and - we will provide medium nitrile gloves and everything else! You may bring small special trinkets or shells if you'd like (memorabilia).
We might have our hypoallergenic service dogs present during the class. Please let us know if you need us to remove them so you might attend the class.
