The Resilient Running Workshop is a 90-minute interactive experience designed to help runners of all levels understand their individual injury risk factors, areas for performance improvement, and walk away with practical tools they can start using immediately.

This is not a lecture.

It’s a hands-on, engaging workshop where you’ll learn, move, and leave with real insight into your own running durability.

You’ll pair up with another runner and work through a guided movement and performance screen using a structured scorecard.


You’ll learn about your strength and weaknesses, where injury risk may be elevated, and what you should prioritize moving forward


This is designed to be engaging, supportive, and practical. No intimidating clinical testing.

ABOUT THE HOST


The workshop is led by Chris Herbs, founder of Miles Ahead Physical Therapy and Performance. Chris is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, RRCA certified running coach, NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, and dedicated runner with 20 years of running experience.
