The workshop is led by Chris Herbs, founder of Miles Ahead Physical Therapy and Performance. Chris is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, RRCA certified running coach, NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, and dedicated runner with 20 years of running experience.
