✨ Feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or disconnected? Maybe you are craving spending time in nature or to connect with other moms who are in a similar phase of life. If any of these apply, you could be the perfect fit to join me on this very special ecotherapy hiking group tailored to mamas and their wee ones (age 1 and under who can be carried in a carrier). ☀️ Each of the four sessions we will connect deeply with mother nature and ourselves through mindfulness and movement. We will learn and practice holistic tools to help build resilience.
🌱 One session will include a medicinal plant identification walk and q + a with world-renown author, herbalist and natural wellness enthusiast Brigitte Mars. (Think: infinite Wise Woman health, wellness, and baby knowledge)
🤛🏽 Another session will include a self-defense lesson tailored to moms.
Cost: All four sessions for $200 or $55 per session.
