MHCB Presents: Resiliency & Connection – Navigating Teen Mental Health
Join Lloydminster Catholic School Division and Lloydminster Public School Division's Mental Health Capacity Building teams for a supportive and informative no cost conference. We will focus on strengthening teen mental health through connection, understanding, and practical strategies. This event features four engaging sessions covering key topics: the essentials of teen brain development, fostering resilience, building confidence in your teen, and prioritizing your own self-care and wellness. Attendees will gain valuable insights and tools to better support both themselves and the young people in their lives.
Enjoy light snacks to start the day, plus a complementary lunch and coffee provided. We’ll also be giving away prizes, including a $50 Walmart gift card for some lucky winners.
