This 90-minute workshop will teach you how to safely and effectively use this portable piece of equipment to challenge your at-home workouts, maintain proper alignment, and increase body awareness in your Pilates exercises.We’ll explore:
• Upper- and lower-body mat exercises
• How to add resistance without compromising form
• Ways to improve control, connection, and focus
• Practical sequences you can repeat at home
This workshop is open to everyone - no previous experience required.
Each participant will receive a take-home manual with the exercises covered.
