Somatics and Intimacy: Feeling, Sensing, Relating with and

This introductory workshop offers an opportunity to discover your boundaries and learn supportive ways of applying them to partnership and storytelling. Through the exploration of touch, trust, agency, and play this workshop offers a space to slow down, listen, and be curious.

Emotional Resilience in the Acting Process with &

Psychologist Daniel Coleman states “managing difficult emotions is the key to resilience”. This workshop will introduce Emotional Fluency Training for Actors (EFTA), a somatic approach to safely work with and manage emotions in the acting process. Workshop participants will gain an understanding of how to address emotional challenges facing actors, experience foundational exercises drawn from EFTA, and learn how it can be easily integrated into existing techniques.

Resilience & Boundaries in Character Development with

This experiential workshop will provide practical activities that can be incorporated into your work with actors to support resilience & boundaries in the context of character development using Actor Care® - a model that accommodates actors' mental wellbeing in the artistic process.
