Last June, 60+ women in data and AI gathered at the Toronto Machine Learning Summit and did something rare, they spoke honestly, and together built a roadmap for change. The result was our community white paper, .

This event is the next chapter.

Join us for an intimate evening where we take the white paper off the page and into the room. Our focus this time: the invisible but very real tax of managing competing expectations, from colleagues, institutions, families, and ourselves.

Using a collaborative problem-solving format, small groups will work through real scenarios drawn from the white paper, moving from shared insight to concrete action. Every attendee leaves with something tangible to take back to their work and life.

This evening is for women in data and AI, and their allies. Attendance is limited to to keep the conversation intimate and meaningful.
