Resetting The Nervous System is a beginner-friendly sound bath designed to gently guide the body into a deep state of relaxation. This experience is ideal for anyone new to sound healing or simply looking for a space to unwind, slow down, and reconnect with a sense of ease within themselves. There is nothing you need to prepare or understand beforehand, just come as you are and allow the experience to meet you where you’re at.
Throughout the session, you will be immersed in a steady and soothing progression of sound using crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and soft grounding instruments. The intention is not to overwhelm the senses, but to create a calming environment that allows the nervous system to gradually settle. As the body begins to relax, breathing naturally deepens, the mind softens, and a sense of lightness begins to emerge.
This state of relaxation creates space within the body, allowing energy to move more freely and effortlessly. Areas that may have felt tight, heavy, or overstimulated begin to ease, making room for a more balanced and comfortable internal state. Many participants describe this as a feeling of being reset, like pressing pause on the noise of daily life and returning to a more natural rhythm.
By the end of the experience, you are left with a sense of calm, clarity, and renewed steadiness. Whether you are looking to relieve stress, support your overall well-being, or simply give yourself time to rest, this sound bath offers a supportive and accessible entry point into the deeper benefits of sound healing.

Cost is $39 a person | 2 Tickets for $70 | 3 Tickets for $90 | 4 Tickets for $100
At the minimum, please bring the following:
- Yoga mat
- Pillow
- Blanket
- Eye cover
- Water
- Wear warm and comfortable clothing
Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort.
Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up. We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.
We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
