Karma: Understanding Cause and Effect in Your Life
Saturday, June 13 - 10:00am-12:30pm

“Karma” is a word we hear often but what does it really mean, and how does it shape our daily life?
In this half-day retreat, Kadam Michelle will guide us in exploring the true meaning of karma and how our actions, thoughts, and intentions shape our experience. Rather than trying to become someone new, we learn how to better understand ourselves, gently let go of unhelpful patterns, and begin creating the causes for a more peaceful and meaningful life.

Through guided meditations, reflection, and practical teachings, you’ll gain tools to make wiser choices, respond more skillfully to challenges, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available.

Registration: $30. In advance at: https://www.meditationinboston.org/reset-your-mind

Kadam Michelle Gauthier is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Washington DC and has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 30 years. She previously served as Resident Teacher at KMC Tampa Bay, KMC South Carolina, and KMC Phoenix, and presents Buddha’s teachings with clarity and warmth, helping people from all walks of life find inner peace and lasting happiness.
