Join us for an early spring Restorative Yoga event to reset your mind and body. This special two hour session includes:
-Utilizing a tennis ball to roll away all your muscle tension
-Guided breath work to help prepare the mind and body for deep relaxation
-Long held restorative postures in which the body is completely supported by bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks
-Guided meditation in a restful position for complete relaxation.
