And now, just before Mercury turns retrograde for the rest of the month, we step into a natural invitation to pause, listen, and realign.
This 90-minute sound journey offers sacred stillness, breath, and vibration to help you integrate the changes around and within you.
We’ll honor the Sun’s move through the energy of creative essence and authentic expression — a reminder that when we soften the noise of the world, our true voice rises.

• Drum, chimes, ocean drum, and other vibrational companions
• Quiet journaling and stillness for integration
