You’ll be guided and nurtured through a grounding, restorative session using:
• EFT (tapping) to release emotional tension + old patterns
• Meditation and breathwork
• Guided journalling
• Values discovery
• Supportive coaching to help you realign your life with what makes you feel calm, happy and fulfilled
When you know your values and live by them, everything feels steadier — you stop comparing, stop doubting, and start trusting yourself again.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and centred.

You can come with a friend or by yourself.
You will never be put on the spot, asked to talk, or made to join in with anything that feels uncomfortable.
This is a gentle, welcoming workshop where you are held the whole way through.

✨ P.S. There’s also a second January workshop — Fearless New Beginnings on Saturday 31st January — if you’re wanting a deeper reset or to work on overcoming fears. You can book either one or both.
If you book both workshops, you’ll receive the two workshop discount in your final payment. If you also book before December 8th you’ll also receive the early bird discount as well.
