About this Event
Step away from the rush of daily life and into the calm embrace of a garden — a living, breathing sanctuary where the air feels softer, the colours feel brighter, and your nervous system can finally exhale.
Reset & Reconnect in the Garden is a deeply nourishing wellbeing session designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and rediscover a sense of ease. Surrounded by nature, you’ll move through a series of guided practices that soothe the mind, settle the body, and bring you back home to yourself. Whether you're new to meditation and mindfulness or you just need someone else to help reguide you back to calm, this is the session for you.
What awaits you in the garden
✨ Embodied Arrival Meditation: Begin by arriving fully into your body, feeling the earth beneath you and the gentle presence of the garden around you. Let nature hold you as you settle into stillness.
✨ Why Grounding Matters: Learn why grounding is one of the most powerful tools for anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation — especially when practised outdoors, where the body instinctively relaxes.
✨ What Makes Us Stressed: Explore the hidden pressures, habits, and nervous‑system triggers that keep us stuck in survival mode, and why nature helps soften them.
✨ Strategies to Reduce Stress: Discover simple, evidence‑based techniques you can use anywhere — but feel especially potent when practised in a peaceful garden setting.
✨ Breath & Sitting Meditation: Drop into a calming breath practice as you listen to the natural soundtrack around you — birdsong, breeze, leaves, life.
✨ Sounds & Thoughts Meditation: Learn to observe your thoughts the way you observe sounds in the garden: passing, shifting, never needing to be chased.
✨ Movement Meditation: Finish with gentle, grounding movement among the plants and pathways, releasing tension and reconnecting with your body in a way that feels natural, fluid, and free.
🌞 You’ll leave feeling:
• lighter in your body • clearer in your mind • grounded in the present • equipped with tools to manage stress • deeply restored by nature
