On 4 January, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Southsea, join me for a grounding and uplifting morning combining energising yoga, mindful journaling and a delicious plant-based brunch at Offbeet.
We will start with a dynamic yoga flow designed to awaken your body and leave you feeling strong, empowered and deeply connected to yourself at Poolhouse. After class, we’ll head to Offbeet, located just across the street, one of Southsea’s most loved plant-based cafés, to enjoy a wholesome brunch made with nourishing, thoughtfully chosen ingredients.
Following brunch, we’ll settle into a guided journaling session to reflect on the year that has passed and reconnect with your inner strength. You’ll be invited to set gentle intentions for the year ahead, not from a place of pressure or productivity, but from presence, compassion and clarity.
This gathering is not about goals or doing more. It’s about giving yourself space to breathe, to honour your inner world, and to enter the new year with softness and focus. Think of it as that comforting Sunday feeling, preparing for what’s next, but with an empowered, heart-led approach.
