About this Event
Start the year grounded, clear, and aligned.
January 11 (1/11) is a powerful day to pause, reset, and intentionally step into what’s next. This immersive half-day experience is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
Hosted by Think Positive Club, this community experience blends science-backed wellness practices with intentional reflection, creating space for clarity, calm, and forward momentum.
🌿 What You’ll Experience
Community Sound Bath Sessions
Start the new year with a Sound Bath Session focused on renewal, regulation, and inner calm. Through sound healing, gentle vibrations support the nervous system and invite the mind and body into deeper states of rest. Discover how sound can become a powerful tool for healing and intentional new beginnings.
Sound Bath Sessions (Two Offerings)
We will be offering two education-based sound bath sessions during the 1/11 Reset Day to allow more community members to participate while maintaining a calm, grounded experience.
🕰 Session Times
- Session One: 11:11 AM
- Session Two: 1:11 PM
You may attend one sound bath session as part of your experience.
Somatic Breathing Workshop
An interactive, educational session exploring the physiology of breathing. This immersive workshop goes beyond breathwork techniques. It’s an embodied exploration of how breathing actually works in your body and how learning to breathe more fully can change the way you feel, think, and respond to life.
Intentional, Goal-Guided Activities
Reflective exercises designed to support clarity, motivation, and aligned goal-setting. You’ll leave with a stronger connection to your intentions and a grounded sense of direction for the year ahead.
