Protest dates and times:
March 13, Friday: 5:30-6:30pm
March 14, Saturday: 3-4 pm and 5:30-6:30pm
Signs will be provided; however, if you create your own sign please make sure it is legible, large lettering, contains a simple message, and no profanity.
Despite widespread and rapidly growing opposition to the use of animals in circuses, the circus continues to truck suffering elephants, camels, and ponies around the country, forcing them to perform inane tricks. Both of the elephants that Jordan World Circus is using are over FIFTY years old! They deserve immediate retirement!
When not on stage or being 'trained' with bullhooks, electric prods and other weapons, these animals spend their lives in cramped trailers, chains and cages.
You can make a difference by speaking out against circus cruelty!
