About this Event

ReniaSoul Flow, led by Jenice Renia, is an outdoor vinyasa yoga experience meant to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, and breath.

This practice is about rebuilding your relationship with your body and creating a safe space for you to show up, no matter what that looks or feels like.

Some moments may feel slow and grounding. Others may feel a little spicy. The intention isn’t perfection, but authenticity.

Together we’ll move through a dynamic flow that encourages you to listen inward, meet yourself honestly, and remember that even when the practice brings heat, you can always return to your inner center.

All levels are welcome. Modifications will always be offered so you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health & Safety:

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in yoga and movement activities. I understand that yoga involves physical exertion and risk of injury. I will listen to my body and modify or rest as needed.

Medical Responsibility:

I acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting with a physician prior to participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or am pregnant. I will inform the instructor of any conditions that may affect my ability to safely participate.

Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participation in this outdoor yoga class carries inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, weather conditions, and uneven surfaces. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability:

I hereby release, waive, and discharge ReniaSoul, LLC, its instructor(s), and Sunset Pointe Park from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in this event, including those caused by negligence.

Photo/Video Consent:

I understand and agree that photos and videos may be taken during this event for promotional purposes.
