This Sunday, Ned will explore the crucial World War II decisions that shaped housing in Leicester, and how the city chose a programme of renewal and improvement rather than large-scale demolition and rebuilding.
Ned was born in Southend-on-Sea in 1946, studied at Cardiff College of Art, and came to Leicester in 1971. From 1984β2003 he served as a Leicester City Councillor. He is a long-standing member of the Leicester Secular Society and is our current Chair.
