The reNEWed Festival is an annual event showcasing creative repair, reuse and repurpose. The Festival aims to educate about repairing, and to inspire creative repair as a celebration of resilience and sustainability.Come visit artists working with repurposed/salvaged materials; fixers and menders to help you repair your household items or clothing; an exhibition of "best" repairs/mends; a series of workshops; clothing swap, and information booths.
We are joined by Zero Waste Yukon, Computers for Schools, Repair Cafe, Lumel Glass, Yukonstruct and The Refillery.
Food for purchase provided by Chickadee Food Truck and the Mount Lorne Kitchen.
Please bring cash for food purchases and donations for the workshops and any repairs you get help with. Thank you!
