Let’s welcome 2025 with purpose and peace. This serene experience combines a dharma talk, gentle restorative yoga, journaling, and a deeply restful yoga nidra practice to help you set intentions and nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Conclude with a supportive sharing circle (sharing is always optional) and step into the new year with clarity and calm. Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that takes you to a state between wakefulness and sleep. It helps calm the mind, release tension, and restore your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All you have to do is lie down, listen, and allow yourself to rest. Perfect for all levels.
Please plan to bring a willingness to open up to YOU and a journal. If you would like to bring your own yoga mat and/or props, that is great. We also have everything you need at the studio.
Dress comfortably. You will be lying on your back for half of this event so feel free to bring any comfort items like blankets, bolsters, warm fuzzy socks, etc.
