🌀 Are you an anxious overthinker seeking calm within and readiness for opportunities for the new year?
🌿You are meticulous in researching every decision and supporting it with what you know or have experienced, but yet you are overwhelmed with doubt if it was correct or with worries about what has or hasn’t happened.
🌿You try take action to sweat out the anxious thoughts during yoga classes multiple times a week, but deep down you know you must do something differently because you still feel disconnected, unfulfilled and lost.
🌿You want to set meaningful intentions for the new year and pursue them with clarity and purpose, but you feel too stressed or stuck to start because something is holding you back - fear of failure, rejection or mistakes.
Join us for a transformative 3-month journey to tame your mind and restore your inner strength.
🌠 Immerse into different themes to tame the mind
The program will take place over three immersive 90-minute sessions taking place over 3 months:
- 15 Jan, Session 1: Grounding and Centering: Establish a strong foundation for your journey
- 19 Feb, Session 2: Letting Go and Letting Be: Release fears and embrace change
- 19 Mar, Session 3: Embracing Self-Compassion: Nurture your mind, body and soul
🎯 Here's the rough rundown for each session
- 7:00pm: Arrivals and Introduction
- 7:15pm: Somatic Exercises and Meditation
- 7:30pm: Yin Yoga
- 8:10pm: Yoga Nidra
- 8:35pm: Journaling, Sharing and Closing

💫 Leave feeling more connected with your thoughts and goals
This is for you if:
- You often struggle with racing cycles of thoughts that stop you from relaxing, sleeping or making decisions and want to understand the mind through working with the body-to-mind connection.
- You seek to deepen your yoga practice beyond physical movement and shapes to other modalities like yin and nidra to connect spiritually within and with like-minded people.
- You are curious to learn more about why and how you can change how you feel via your nervous system to find safety in your body, quiet the mind and make aligned decisions for the new year.

🕒 Time: 7:00pm-8:45pm (please aim to arrive on time within the 15-minute grace period)

📜 What to bring
- Comfortable clothing for ease of movement
- Water
- Small towel
- Notepad or journal and pen
- Own yoga mat (optional but strongly recommended)
- Anything to make you feel comfortable for the practice such as a warm layer (optional)

Hi there, I’m Cathy. Change has been the only constant thing in life and I am a chronic overthinker too! My healing journey started when I started moving with intention and then from there finding space to tune inwards. This is what I am committed to sharing - I would love to help you find your own journey towards personal growth and emotional healing. I teach privates, corporates and events for yoga and sound baths. I am a RYT-500 certified as a vinyasa and trauma-informed yin yoga teacher and a level 2 quantum alchemy crystal bowl practitioner.
