Renew Your Mind / Refresh Your Soul - Women's Retreat (Sept. 4-7, 2026)

Join us for an in-person 4 day retreat for women of any age which is thoughtfully designed to help you renew your mind and refresh you soul in a peaceful and encouraging environment. Together, we will explore who God is calling you to be and deepen your understanding of your unique purpose.

During our time together, you will gently uncover the lies, negative thoughts and fears that may be limiting your potential. Through guided prayer time and supportive conversation, you will gain clarity about your purpose and practical steps to begin living it with confidence.

We will also explore the powerful connection between mind, body and soul, providing insight and tools to strength your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. The weekend will include creative hands-on activities designed to help process past hurts and transform self-limiting beliefs. Thought provoking prompts for journaling. Meaningful converstation, laughter and time to relax with like minded women.

Nutritious meals and snacks will be provided. Accommodations include fitness center, hot tub and swimming pool.

Info: Arrive and settle into your room. We will have a time to get to know each other, have dinner, unwind and prepare for the weekend.

Info: We will start the day with prayer time and set our intentions for the day. Then enjoy a healthy breakfast together. We will have three interactive sessions each day during which we will address childhood traumas, gain a better understanding of the connection of mind, body and spirit. Activities are designed to help you discover your unique purpose. Identify what might be blocking growth. Finally, we will create a plan to move forward in life. Each day we will have a nutritious lunch and dinner. Snacks will be provided all day. We will also have time to enjoy the pool or fitness room as well as time for personal reflection and prayer.

Info: After prayer and quite time, we will enjoy breakfast, then reflect on all that the experience of the weekend. We will have time to pack and say our goodbyes as well has discuss next steps.
