Renew You is TrailblazHers’ annual half-day wellness retreat designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself and with community.

This year’s theme is:

Rooted in purpose | Unfiltered in expression | Unbothered by limits

Expect a thoughtfully curated day filled with grounding practices, movement, journaling, and real, raw, unfiltered conversations led by women in our community. No pressure to perform. No fixing. Just space to breathe, reflect, release, and be honest about where you are and where you’re going.

Whether you’re stepping into the year with clarity or still finding your footing, Renew You is your invitation to start rooted, present, and supported.
