Paint, Move & Flow is a creative wellness experience held inside the Museum of Modern Renaissance in Somerville, MA.

This guided experience includes gentle, beginner‑friendly yoga, guided watercolor painting, and a deeply relaxing sound bath, designed to help you unwind, move your body, and explore creativity in an inspiring museum setting.

No yoga or art experience is needed — all levels are welcome 🥰

After the guided portion, guests are invited to stay and enjoy relaxed community time. There’s no pressure to do everything — connect, explore, or simply enjoy being in the space.

What’s included:

• Gentle yoga, watercolor art, and sound bath
• Watercolor kit to take home
• Smartwater, plus donuts and bagels from Davis Square Donuts
• Optional wellness experiences including card readings, VR meditation, and mini Reiki sessions
• Time to enjoy the museum and connect with community
