RENEW: How to Recover, Reset and Relove after divorce
Divorce and separation can be one of the most painful, disruptive times of your life.But amid the legal and logistical wranglings of dismantling a marriage, your own emotional wellbeing can be forgotten.
UK-based relationship coach Genevieve Gresset, and Dublin based The Midlife Coach Alana Kirk are offering you the space and time to help you remember.
Whatever the reason and whoever was the instigator, the end of a major relationship marks the end of one stage of your life, and the beginning of another.
It is a time to Renew.
But in order to renew there needs to be space to recover from the break-up, reset your emotional equilibrium to connect back to yourself, and be intentional about reloveing, if that's a decision you choose to make.
(We would say reloving yourself first is important either way!)
In the bright, beautiful surroundings of Howth, this one day retreat will take you on a clear pathway of renewal, so that, not negating any grief you may be feeling, you understand you have the power and purpose to navigate this difficult process with emotional clarity and confidence.
Recover
It's easy to drown in the anger, resentment and grief of a break up, and in doing so, fail to start a healing process. We will show you how to manage difficult emotions, gain perspective about what's next, and set clear intentions for moving forward.
Reset
This is time to learn to thrive again amid the situation, not just survive the fall out. A time to connect back to who you are at this stage of your life and take positive action for the life you want to be living.
Relove
Whether this is on the cards now or at some future stage, embracing thoughts of new sexual or romantic encounters with confidence and clarity around what you actually want, can be liberating, exciting and daunting. We will give you practical tools to help you feel ready and empowered.
The one day retreat runs from 10am to 4pm on Sunday 30th June, and lunch and refreshements will be served.
Who are we?
UK based Genevieve Gresset is a seasoned relationship expert and only one of 12 Master Certified Matchmakers in the world with over three decades of experience in the field.
