2026 marks fifty years since Lancashire United Transport, once Britain's biggest bus operator, was bought and eventually swallowed by Greater Manchester Transport.It was a well-loved bus company and we'll bring together as many surviving vehicles from LUT as we can, to celebrate a famous name in bus history.
