Remembering Her is a deeply embodied 3-hour ceremonial experience for women a sacred journey through emotional expression, feminine healing, breath, movement, cacao, ancestral connection, and nervous system restoration.
Together we will move through:
- Calling Yourself Home guided meditation
- Heart-opening Cacao Ceremony & journalling
- Emotional expression breathwork journey
- Somatic movement through grief, sadness, betrayal & feminine rage
- Reclamation of softness, sensuality & embodied feminine energy
- Ancestral feminine guided visualisation
- Sound healing integration & grounding
This is a space to honour the women who came before us, release what has been held within the body, and reconnect to the feminine wisdom that lives within us still.
