Join us for Releasing in Stillness, s soothing sound bath journey designed to help you let go of what no longrer serves and return ti inner peace. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and gentle frequencies as you soften into stillness.

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable—a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye covering or extra layers. This event is donation-based and weather permitting; we may need to cancel in case of rain.
