Step into the world of sound healing in this immersive, beginner-friendly experience guided by Jeny Dawson, Ambassador at Sacred Sound of the Soul and founder of Zen Soul Balance.
You’ll explore how crystal singing bowls can calm the nervous system, shift brainwaves, and awaken deeper states of awareness. Whether you're drawn to sound for personal healing, meditation, or to support others, this class will give you the tools to begin working with crystal singing bowls. During our time together participants will get to play the crystal bowls to hear the beautiful frequencies they offer for healing.
No experience necessary.

If you have your own crystal bowl, you're welcome to bring it to the workshop.

If you don't have a crystal bowl one will be provided for you during the class.
Time will be available for anyone that would like to stay after the workshop to explore finding their perfect "bowlmate".
