(Releasing Guilt and Regret) Divine I AM Transmission & Activation

Focus: This Session focuses upon Releasing Guilt & Regret.

The weight of guilt and regret can hold us down and back in all areas of our lives. It is the relationship we have with our stories where we feel we could have done better.

On one level it shows a beautiful ability to reflect and gain insight on former actions, understanding that other ways could have been taken. This is how we grow and learn from our mistakes and so-called mistakes.

On another level if it is allowed to grow out of control, it contradicts the law of divine design, where every experience is part of a greater design that is orchestrated at higher levels. Here it doesn’t allow space for a soul to grow, whereby they appreciate the opportunity to transform every experience into growth.

When we deny previous experiences we deny who we are today - a descendent of those experiences.

If we take the notion that every soul chooses their own experience then every experience is also part of that choice. Ultimately releasing guilt and regret allows us to tap into empowerment, which is the ownership of choice (free will).

We all carry guilt in many areas of our lives. Guilt for not saying something, or for saying something. Guilt for not doing something, or for doing something. Guilt carries other people's desires for us. Guilt by nature requires a tight-rope walk across a narrow thin wire to live by its high standards. It doesn’t allow for Humanity - the human nature. It demands perfectionism. It is often that those who carry great guilt in multiple areas of their lives also are perfectionists.

Releasing guilt doesn’t mean we have made no mistakes. It means we are not weighed down by the worry of them being mistakes. We understand that they happened so we can learn and grow.

Paradoxically it also asks us to view them differently, rather than mistakes - courses of action and decision that do not resonate with who we wish to be, which we may only know after making those so-called mistakes.

We will be beginning with the foundational work of clearing guilt, regret, the weight of personal and others' beliefs and release them into the light. We will then overlay the higher wisdom of design, responsibility.

We will create the space to offer ask for forgiveness in areas we feel guilty of - to the souls we wish to ask from. We will then move through a clearing process to release these frequencies from our field to awaken the divine treasures of growth within.

Releasing Guilt & Regret frees us to move forward in our lives. Guilt and regret creates fear in making decisions and choices. Guilt in relationships for example blocks the heart from opening up to relating further or with new people. The key here is liberation of the Soul through heart centered healing.

This is part of a Higher Consciousness Divine I AM series to initiate transformative spiritual awakening, soul love, wisdom & understanding. Designed for these times to elevate the Body, Mind, Emotions, Spirit to acclimatise to higher consciousness living.
