However, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a cushion and your favourite blanket to help you get into a place of comfort and deep relaxation. Please arrive 5 minutes before to give yourself time to get a herbal tea and allow yourself to relax and settle. Also note that there is limited space in the car park, so please allow time to park on a nearby road and walk round, or where possible use public transport.
It is not recommended that those who are pregnant or have epilepsy attend sound baths, we apologise for any upset this may cause.
