About this Event
This is an ideal opportunity for Private Rented Sector Tenants living in the Druids Heath Community to provide their valued input and feedback about the proposed regeneration masterplan for the estate.
City Housing are keen to make sure everyone’s views have been represented in the final version of the masterplan, so that the future of Druids Heath takes into consideration all the things that the community would like to see.
The masterplan can be viewed here and will be updated throughout the regeneration process.

Please note these are not drop-in sessions and tickets will need to be booked, due to limited space and venue capacity.

The Spearhead Trust at Bells Farmhouse, Bell Farm Community Centre, Bell Farm Close, Birmingham, B14 5QP.
Booking
As these workshops will be smaller groups, we will only be able to provide one ticket per household
- Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Each ticket admits one person only.
- One ticket per household.
Content is tailored towards each resident group. Therefore, please make sure you have selected the right session for your circumstances.
