About this Event
The Fall Equinox is a time for transition and release; it invites us to go on a journey of self-discovery and renewal. In this immersive workshop, we will reflect on where we have been grasping and where we can let go as we step into a new season. Together, we will take inventory of beliefs, patterns, and circumstances that no longer serve us and explore new possibilities better suited for the next chapter of our lives. Through group discussion, embodied movement, repatterning exercises, journaling, and more, we will practice embracing the unknown and creating space to receive what’s coming next.

- Feel a sense of lightness and increased presence
- Find tools to regulate your nervous system in times of stress/overwhelm
- Attain greater mental and emotional clarity to embrace change and new possibilities
- Understand how your mind & body communicate and how to best meet your needs
- Connect more deeply with yourself and local community
