A Somatic Breathwork & Creative Therapy Workshop for Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
Are you feeling anxious stressed or overwhelmed, wired but tired, stuck in your head, or disconnected from your body?
This 3-hour journey is an invitation to return to your calm, connected, present self.
Through a combination of somatic breathwork, movement, and creative therapeutic tools, you’ll gently explore what’s been living beneath the surface—stress, tension, emotion, or the quiet noise of daily overwhelm—and create space to release, reset, and rebalance.
We’ll work directly with the nervous system, using breath, body-based tools, and metaphor to discharge stress, soothe anxiety, and reconnect with your inner clarity and creative flow.

You don’t need any previous experience with breathwork or therapy—just a willingness to show up for yourself with curiosity.
You’ll be guided throughout by Laura of The Meraki Way, a qualified somatic therapist, drama therapist, and breathwork facilitator who helps artists, visionaries, soul-led entrepreneurs, creative thinkers, and freedom seekers reconnect to their most vibrant, grounded, and expressive selves.
