Release & Receive: A Self-Love Journey through Myofascial Release and YinGive yourself the gift of care, compassion, and deep release. This 2½-hour workshop begins with Kim guiding you through a gentle yet powerful self-myofascial release practice using simple tools like tennis, lacrosse, or golf balls and a foam roller. You’ll learn practical techniques to dissolve tension, improve circulation, and awaken body awareness—all while honoring your body’s unique needs.
Then, melt into stillness as Sandra leads you through a nurturing Yin Yoga experience designed to restore balance, soften the connective tissues, and calm the nervous system. Supported by mindful breath and intention, each pose becomes an act of self-love and inner listening.
Leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply connected to yourself—body, mind, and heart.
All levels are welcome, and all props are provided (or bring your own favorite release tools).
