A REAL scream. A primal, guttural, soul-shaking release to the elements - letting the wind carry what’s heavy and the earth transform what no longer serves.
Join us for Release & Roar Circle - a 2-hour women’s gathering where we work with the power of wind and earth to release, reconnect, and remember our wild.
WHAT WE’LL DO:
🌬️ Talk to the Wind - Scream together and let the wind carry your voice. Release what’s heavy. Your voice is powerful.
🌍 Talk to the Earth - Ground into her power. Let the earth hold and transform what you’re releasing.
🔥 Collective Release - We scream as a group. Let it ALL out. The anger. The grief. The frustration. The things we’ve been too polite to say.
📖 Journaling - After our release to the elements, we write. What emerged? What shifted? What are we calling in?
💬 Small Group Discussion - Break into intimate circles of 5-6 women for real, honest conversation. Be witnessed. Hold space.
🌿 Grounding & Integration - Close together in gratitude to the elements that held us.

📅 Date: Saturday, November 30, 2025⏰ Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 hours)📍 Location: Kidd Springs Park, Dallas, TX(Exact meeting spot sent upon registration)
🌤️ Weather: Perfect Dallas November day - mid-70s and beautiful!
💰 Investment: Sliding Scale $5-$15 (suggested $10)
• $5 sustaining rate (if finances are tight)
• $10 standard rate
• $15 supporter rate (paying it forward for another woman)
• No one turned away for lack of funds
👥 Capacity: 20-25 women only - intimate gathering👗 Dress: Casual/workout attire, bring light layers
WHAT TO BRING:
✓ Journal & pen
✓ Blanket or yoga mat to sit on
✓ Water bottle
✓ Light jacket (Dallas November is gorgeous!)
✓ Open heart & whatever needs releasing
You don’t need to be “spiritual” to come. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to RELEASE to the elements and connect with other women who get it.
