Step into a powerful evening of release, renewal, and reconnection.

This immersive breathwork and sound healing experience is designed to help you release emotional tension stored in the body, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, presence, and vitality.

Through psychedelic breathwork, rhythmic breathing techniques naturally activate expanded states of awareness — allowing the body to soften, emotions to move, and the mind to quiet. Many participants describe the experience as entering a natural state of clarity, lightness, and inner openness, where old tension can finally be released.

The journey is supported by immersive sound healing, helping guide your body into deeper relaxation and integration.

You’ll be held in a beautiful Victorian sanctuary in Baltimore, a warm and welcoming space intentionally designed to help people feel safe, supported, and able to fully relax into the experience.

Over the past four years, this space has welcomed more than 6,000 people seeking restoration, emotional healing, and reconnection with themselves.

This gathering is guided with care and intention, allowing you to explore emotional release at your own pace while being supported by the collective energy of the group.

What the evening includes

• Guided psychedelic breathwork journey
• Immersive sound healing integration
• A supportive circle setting
• Space for reflection and heartfelt sharing
• A calming environment designed for emotional safety and relaxation

Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply reconnected with themselves — as if something that has been held inside the body finally had space to move.

This is not about forcing anything to happen.

It’s about creating the conditions where your body can naturally release what it’s been carrying and return to a state of balance and joy.

The Space

The gathering takes place inside a 150-year-old Victorian-style sanctuary in Bolton Hill, Baltimore — a peaceful environment intentionally designed for reflection, restoration, and community connection.

Who this is for

This experience is ideal for those who are feeling:

• emotionally overwhelmed or mentally busy
• curious about breathwork and expanded states of awareness
• ready to release tension held in the body
• wanting to reconnect with joy, clarity, and inner calm

No prior breathwork experience is necessary.

Just come as you are.

What people often experience

• emotional release and deep relaxation
• a sense of natural clarity and mental quiet
• reconnection with the body and breath
• feelings of openness, joy, and renewed energy

We close the evening with a gentle circle and space for integration and heartfelt sharing, allowing the experience to settle and the group energy to come together in a meaningful way.

Come breathe, release, and reset.

Your body already knows how to heal — sometimes it simply needs the space to do so.
