Release & Reset: A Mind–Body–Soul Renewal Weekend

As we step into spring — what many traditions recognize as the true energetic new year — nature reminds us that renewal begins with release.

Release & Reset is a guided experience designed to help you release the tension of the past season and step forward with clarity, alignment, and openness to receive what is next.

At the center of this experience is a breathwork and sound healing session designed to help your nervous system soften, process stress, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

Just come ready to exhale, release, and reset.

Your registration includes access to a three-part experience across the weekend designed to help you prepare, experience the reset, and then integrate it into your life.

We will begin the weekend with a grounding virtual gathering where we explore the theme of seasonal renewal and begin setting intentions for the experience.

During this session you will:

• learn about the concept of the energetic new year
• reflect on where you are in life right now
• begin identifying what you’re ready to release and what you want to call in
• receive access to your guided workbook and participant portal

This session helps you arrive at the retreat already grounded and ready to engage more deeply.

The heart of the weekend is a restorative half-day experience where we gather for reflection, breathwork, nourishment, and community.

Participants will experience:

• guided intention-setting and reflection practices
• personal prompts to explore what you're ready to release and what you want to call in
• a breathwork and sound healing session designed to support emotional and nervous system release
• community sharing to deepen connection
• a mindful integration walk to help your body process the experience
• a catered lunch from Bolay, coffee, tea, and light refreshments

You can attend in person in West Palm Beach or virtually from anywhere inside our free wellness community on Skool.

We close the weekend with a virtual integration circle designed to help you translate the experience into meaningful action.

During this session we will explore:

• what shifted for you during the retreat
• what this next season of life is asking of you
• how to create a simple 90-day rhythm that supports your alignment and well-being

The goal is not to overwhelm you with planning — but to help you leave the weekend with clarity and momentum.

This offering is intentionally priced as a community offering to make the experience accessible to those who need it most.

Release & Reset is facilitated by Kim Small, LCSW,QS,CCTP founder of Healing Insight Therapy & Wellness Collective.

Kim is a licensed clinical social worker who has spent the past several years providing trauma-responsive and culturally relevant therapy throughout the state of Florida, now with an in-person location in West Palm Beach.

She leads a team of therapists who share this approach and integrate both evidence-based trauma therapies and holistic wellness practices in their work.

Kim is extensively trained in modalities such as:

• EMDR
• Brainspotting
• Breathwork and somatic practices
• Sound healing integration

She is also the creator of a wellness community focused on helping individuals break cycles of trauma, isolation, and overwhelm — and step into lives of open-hearted living, loving, and leading.

This event is being offered as a community gathering in celebration of five years of Healing Insight’s work supporting helpers, healers, and cycle breakers.
