Are you ending your days wondering if you could’ve done more—been more fun, more productive, or just better as a mum? It may feel normal, but it’s not the way it should be.
Accepting anxiety, stress, and overwhelm as “just the way it is” signals that mothers aren’t receiving the education, support, and care they truly deserve. While the pressures on mums in 2024 are immense, it doesn’t have to be this way.
Mothers deserve to break free from guilt—not just to believe they are enough, but to truly know it.
You deserve a calm mind, one that’s at ease even with a never-ending to do list, and the ability to turn off when you need rest.
You deserve confidence in your choices without endlessly Googling or scouring Facebook groups for the “right” answer.
Your intuition is enough; it just needs space to come through.
In this session, we’ll focus on GUILT—a topic often left unspoken. Guilt isn’t inherently bad, but understanding how to work with it is key. Together, we’ll build a stronger foundation for navigating mum guilt, while also releasing the stress and anxiety that linger like a computer with 3,000 open tabs, glitching and slow. This session is your reset—like plugging yourself back in to recharge.
As a mum myself, I understand the weight you carry, and I know how powerful these spaces are for calming your system. Let’s get you supported.

About Breathwork:
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a rhythmic, cyclical breathing practice that helps you dive deep into your inner world. By quieting the brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN), this technique softens the ego and calms the busy mind, paving the way for profound healing.
In this non-ordinary state of consciousness, your body’s innate healing abilities can emerge, allowing you to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions. CCB works on multiple levels—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual—to support your nervous system in resetting and recalibrating. By safely activating and then integrating stress, we build a foundation of safety within yourself.
We approach this work with the belief that fear and pain are opportunities to move deeper into self-love and acceptance. Everything we do in this space is centered around love, transmutation, and healing, so you can grow into the version of yourself you desire, while deeply accepting where you are now.
What to Expect During Our 3-3.5 Hours Together:
Connection and intention-setting
Exploration of guilt, and Journaling exercises
45-60 minute breathwork journey
Deep integration through sharing, coaching, energy work, and restorative space for reflection or connection
Intuitively-led meditations and practices to support deeper opening as needed
You’re invited to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. These spaces are crafted to meet you where you are and provide support on multiple levels, truly holding you.
Spaces are very limited, to ensure deep integration alongside the breathwork. We’ll finish by 4:30 PM, with time to enjoy a cup of tea afterward and take that space before returning to your mama life.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or blanket for comfort
A blanket to stay cozy
Bolster, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable
Journal and pen
Water bottle

About Rachel:
I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator (Holumina), Clinically Trained EFT Tapping Practitioner (Level 2), and Holistic Life Coach (MBF Institute). I am passionate about emotional and energetic intelligence, working intuitively to create holistic, transformative experiences.
With a background in Early Childhood Teaching, I specialize in reparenting, inner work, and breaking down the stigma that emotions are negative. As a mum, I primarily work with women and mothers to make healing accessible and practical.
Based in Selwyn, Canterbury, when I’m not with my two-year-old, I’m continually learning and evolving my skills to support emotional and energetic well-being. I offer both in-person and online workshops, guiding women to work with a whole-system approach to healing.
