With election day on November 5th, as a collective, we deserve a supportive safe space to cultivate a moment of peace. Good Active invites you to a Sunday morning of intentional inner work, self discovery, and nervous system regulation led by mindset & wellness coach, Olivia Thomas. Lunch, swag bags, and yoga mats will be provided!
THE ITINERARY
- 10AM - 10:30AM: Guest arrivals & mingling
- 10:30 - 10:35: Good Active welcome speech
- 10:35 - 11:05: Shadow work workshop with Olivia Thomas
- 11:05 - 11:35: EFT Tapping workshop with Olivia Thomas
- 11:35 - 11:45: Community share circle integration
- 11:45 - 12:30pm: Lunch and community hang time

Whether you're new to these techniques or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space for self-discovery and growth.
