This experience centers around ceremonial cacao, traditionally used to encourage presence and connection. Through gentle guidance, you will be invited to slow down, set personal intentions, and participate in a simple “Release & Receive” ritual designed to help you let go of what no longer feels supportive and create space for clarity.
This is a calm, seated experience with light facilitation. There is no pressure to share, and participation is always at your comfort level.
