Welcome to a yin and fascia release experience, guided by Barb, designed to take you on a journey from feet to head through slow, supported movement and intentional rest.
Begin by settling into stillness with gentle breath work, allowing the body to arrive and the nervous system to soften.
From there, move into the lower body, starting at the feet with tennis ball release and gradually opening through the calves, hamstrings, inner thighs and hips. Long-held, supported shapes encourage deep release and ease.
A quiet integration pause follows, with herbal tea and space to rest, reflect or simply be. Optional journaling prompts will be available for those who wish to turn inward and absorb the practice.
The second half of the workshop focuses on the upper body, including the spine, shoulders, neck and arms. Through supported stretching and gentle release techniques, create space and relief—particularly through areas that commonly hold tension.
Close with an extended, fully supported savasana, with optional light oil. Soft sound, including chimes or bowls, is offered to support deep relaxation and integration.
This is a complete, full body practice designed to support release, restoration and nervous system regulation.
