An evening of gentle release, nervous system nourishment, and deep listening.This one-hour sound bath is an invitation to lay down what you’ve been carrying—without effort, without explanation, without needing to know how to let go.
We’ll begin with a few moments of simple grounding to help the body settle and feel supported. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum, and other healing instruments. The vibrations move through the body like waves, meeting whatever is ready to soften, unwind, or rebalance.
There is no pushing here.
No fixing.
Only sound doing what sound does best—creating space.
You’re welcome to arrive just as you are. Resting, releasing, or simply receiving are all perfect ways to be present.
