Sound Alchemy • Nervous System Reset

Release & Realign is an invitation to pause and consciously let go of what no longer serves you.

Held during a waning moon phase, this evening supports the natural rhythm of release — a time to soften effort, unwind accumulated tension, and create space for a reset.

This is a warm, carefully held space, where you’re invited to slow down, settle, and come back home to yourself — gently reconnecting with the heart, without pressure or expectation.

The session weaves together mindful breathwork, intention setting, and an immersive Sound Alchemy journey.

The journey is gently supported by Passiflora (Passionflower), a traditional calming herb known for easing mental restlessness and supporting relaxation.

What to Expect

Alchemy bowls, Earth-frequency gong, shamanic drum, and shruti box weave a spacious field of vibration that supports deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Everything is vibration. When experienced live, resonance becomes embodied — guiding the mind into stillness and the body into coherence. Each journey unfolds differently: sometimes release, sometimes insight, sometimes simply deep rest.

The container is grounded, slow, and protective, allowing you to arrive exactly as you are and let the experience meet you there.
